We are searching for a couple (or two friends) to be live-in managers for the 2023/24 winter at our B&B chalet in Niseko, Japan.

The workload would allow for one person to be an instructor and help out, while the other is responsible for running the chalet day-to-day.

Requirements:

• Candidates should demonstrate hospitality experience, a passion for customer service and have the Japanese or Working Holiday Visa
• Note: we are not offering an instructor position, though there are plenty to go around in Niseko
• Japanese or Mandarin is helpful, but not required
• Duties include cooking, cleaning, driving, shopping and snow clearing
• Dec-Mar (minimum commitment)
• Accommodation and additional benefits included, with heaps of time to spend on the slopes
• Valid driving licence required (IDP or Japanese)
