About the Role
Lovell Camps is seeking dynamic, certified Snowsports Instructors who are excited to fully immerse themselves in the Swiss winter camp experience. Located in the beautiful region of Gstaad, this role is a unique hybrid: you will spend your days delivering top-tier ski or snowboard instruction on the mountain, and helping to deliver off-hill programs for children from around the world.

We are looking for team players who love working with children, thrive in a close-knit community environment, and are just as passionate about mentoring kids off-hill, as they are about teaching them parallel turns.

Key Responsibilities

On the Hill: Deliver safe, fun, and progressive ski or snowboard lessons to children of varying ages and abilities.
Off the Hill: Fully participate in all aspects of camp life. This includes sharing meals with the campers, providing evening and weekend supervision, running off-hill activities, and assisting with general camp maintenance duties.
Mentorship: Act as a positive role model, ensuring the well-being, safety, and happiness of the children at all times.

Required Qualifications
Applicants must hold active professional qualifications (Level 2 or higher). An ISIA stamp is not required for this role. Lovell Camps officially recognizes the following certifications:

• Switzerland: SSI Level 1 or higher
• Canada: CSIA / CASI Level 2 or higher
• Great Britain: BASI Level 2 or higher
• USA: PSIA / AASI Level 2 or higher
• New Zealand: NZSIA Level 2 or higher
• Australia: APSI Level 2 or higher

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory but Highly Valued)

• Previous experience working with children in a camp, childcare, or educational environment.
• Ability to instruct private lessons in German, French, or Spanish.
• A valid driver’s license.
