Snowboard Instructors in Morzine / Avoriaz, France Full Time Part Time

We are looking to recruit reliable, professional and enthusiastic snowboard instructors to join the MINT Team. Instructors need to be snowboard specialised, to teach snowboarding only (no skiing!), and work is varied, coaching a range of abilities and products such as private lessons, group lessons and snowboard camps. Teaching is spread across the resorts of Avoriaz, Morzine & Les Gets.

A top level European qualification is necessary to enable you to teach in France. For BASI, the British Association of Snowsport Instructors, this is the level 4 ISTD qualification. Let us know if you are unsure of your qualification. We can help you complete the necessary French paperwork to enable you to teach here.

Instructors qualified with BASI level 1 or 2 or any NZSIA, CSIA, CASI or AASI qualifications are not able to work in France and need not apply.

Candidates must:

• Speak fluent English. French is definitely an advantage but not necessary
• Not only love snowboarding, but also have a passion for teaching it
• Work in a professional manner at all times with positive work ethics
• Be a team player
• Willingness to adapt teaching style to achieve consistency amongst the team
• Great communication skills – enjoy meeting people, speaking to people, learning from people, teaching people!
