About the Role
Lovell Camps is seeking highly qualified, passionate, and energetic Alpine Professionals to join our Winter Academy team. Situated in the spectacular region of Gstaad, our Winter Academy integrates world-class alpine sports into a daily school program.

We are looking for elite talent to guide our students on the mountain. Whether you are a master ski instructor who excels at building foundational technique, an experienced race coach focused on gates and high performance, or a hybrid of both, we want you on our team. Your primary focus will be working with children of all ages, with a heavy emphasis on inspiring and developing our younger students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging, and safe ski instruction or race coaching to children enrolled in the Lovell Winter Academy.
• Lead daily ski lessons as part of the structured school program.
• Assess student abilities and tailor coaching strategies to foster both confidence and technical progression.
• Foster a positive, encouraging environment that aligns with Lovell Camps’ core values of youth empowerment and character building.
• For Race Coaches: Set courses, run gate training, and develop alpine racing fundamentals for our competitive youth skiers.
• Private lessons or race coaching for people of all ages and levels.

Required Qualifications
We prioritize recruiting elite, experienced talent (Level 3, Level 4, and ISIA-certified professionals). Applicants must hold active professional qualifications.

Lovell Camps officially recognizes the following certifications (or international equivalents):

• Switzerland: SSI Level 1 or higher
• Canada: CSIA / ACA Level 3 or higher
• Great Britain: BASI Level 3 or higher
• USA: PSIA / US Ski & Snowboard Level 3 with ISIA Stamp

Mandatory Requirements

• A genuine passion for working with youth and younger children.
• Current, valid First Aid certification.
• A clean criminal background check (mandatory for all applicants working with minors).
• High level of motivation, professionalism, and patience.
