Centre Manager – London, UK Full Time

Managing all aspects of the operation of Skieasy indoor ski slope as a part of Dukes Meadows Golf Tennis and Ski centre team.

HOLIDAYS: 28 days including public holidays

ESSENTIAL:

• instructor qualifications in skiing and snowboarding – minimum level 2 in at list one discipline.
• previous experience managing a team in the sport and leisure industry
• experience in a customer facing role

DESIREABLE:

• experience working on revolving ski slopes
• level 3 instructor qualification

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivering ski and snowboard lessons to all ages and abilities
• Managing staff rotas
• Recruiting and training instructors
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Management of Skieasy marketing including website, social media and PR events
• General maintenance of ski slope and equipment
• Working as part of the Dukes Meadows management team to ensure the efficient running of the Dukes Meadows centre

WORKING HOURS:

Skieasy is open from 9am to 9pm every day and all Dukes Meadows managers are required to work their share of evenings and weekends. The role is a full time position with additional hours worked as necessary to fulfil the role. There will naturally be a split of time off and on the slope.

Dukes Meadows is a prestigious pay and play centre based in Chiswick which includes an LTA registered tennis coaching academy, 9 hole golf course, driving range, café and treatment rooms.
