Barista Full Time

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Baristas to join our team. They need to have a love for coffee and customer service, providing an exceptional experience to our patrons. Baristas will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our café. You’ll be working in an energetic and fast paced environment every day.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling and preparation.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours, keep calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment. maintaining quality standards
• Assist in any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help colleagues as needed.
• Passion for coffee, focus on quality and take pride in their work.

Applicants might need to perform heavy lifting up to 30 lbs
Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
