These Delivery Terms apply to all digital products purchased on www.ski-jobs.com, including job listings for employers and online CV/Resume purchases for employees. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Products and Delivery Method

Job Listing (Employers): Digital product that allows employers to create, publish, and manage job vacancies on www.ski-jobs.com.

Online CV/Resume (Employees): Digital product that allows employees to create, publish, and manage an online CV/Resume on www.ski-jobs.com.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Delivery Process

Job Listing Credits:
Upon successful payment, job listings are automatically delivered to your employer account and are available for immediate use. Please note that your job listing will be published and visible on the website after manual review by our team within 24 hours of purchase.

Online CV:
Upon successful payment, access to the online CV/Resume creation and management tools is granted automatically to your employee account. Please note that your CV/Resume will be published on the website after manual review by our team within 24 hours of purchase.

You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase and instructions for accessing your digital product(s).

All digital products are typically available within 24 hours.

3. Accessing Your Digital Product

Log in to your account to view and use your purchased product(s).

If you do not see your listings or do not have access to the online CV/Resume tools within 24 hours of purchase, please contact our support team at baleia.style@gmail.com.

4. Customer Support

For any delivery issues or questions, contact us at baleia.style@gmail.com. Our support team is available from 9 AM to 5PM on weekdays.

5. Refunds and Returns

Our digital products are non-refundable except in cases of non-delivery or technical failure.

To request a refund, contact support at baleia.style@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and problem description.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval.

Refunds are not available if the digital product has already been accessed or used, except where required by EU statutory rights.

For unresolved issues, customers may escalate concerns by contacting the European Consumer Centre Croatia at ecc-croatia@mingor.hr .

6. Compliance and Restrictions

Purchases and deliveries are subject to compliance with applicable laws and Card Scheme Regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud or misuse is suspected, or if required by law or card scheme rules.

7. Changes to Delivery Terms

We may update these Delivery Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
