Centre Manager and Lead Instructor Full Time

InPiste Ltd is a dynamic and innovative indoor snow sports training centre located just outside Luton. We are dedicated to providing a unique and engaging experience for snow sports enthusiasts of all skill levels. With a focus on safety, instruction, and fun, our goal is to create a vibrant community of snow sports lovers.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and conduct snow sports training sessions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
• Manage daily operations of the facility, including scheduling staff and overseeing equipment maintenance and ensuring that sessions are fully health and safety compliant
• Develop and implement training programs and activities tailored for different skill levels.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing inquiries and feedback effectively.
• Monitor performance metrics and assist in driving business growth through innovative programs and marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in snow sports instruction, preferably with certifications in skiing and snowboarding. We would require BASI Level 3 or above, or equivalent
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff alike.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage scheduling and operational tasks efficiently.
• A passion for snow sports and a commitment to promoting safety and enjoyment in a recreational setting.
• A knowledge of social media engagement would be welcomed

Additional Information: 

• Full-time position (40 hours per week) with a starting salary around £35,000, plus performance-related bonuses.
• 25 days of holiday, in addition to bank and public holidays.
• A successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK and will be required to complete a disclosure form from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
• Hours will be shift based and may include working on both weekends and bank holidays.

We will also shortly be recruiting for a number of senior instructors and a rota of general instructors – applicants to this post will also be considered for these positions if they so wish.

This position is to start end of July prior to the centre opening in October
