Ski chalet property manager – Thredbo, Australia Full Time

About the Role:

• Liaising with guests, owners, and contractors
• Providing excellent customer service to our guests
• Management of property upkeep, maintenance, and repairs
• Establishing and maintaining business relationships
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Create new listings, property guest guides, and property signage as required
• Respond to reviews and feedback and maintain high response rates

Successful Applicants Will Have:

• 2+ years property management preferred but not essential
• To be solutions-focussed with a positive can-do attitude
• Driver’s license
• Highly organised and proficient in documenting, filing, and record-keeping
• Good attention to detail and an eye for property marketing and styling (to ensure first impressions are favourable) a love for ski chalets helps..!
• A friendly and personable approach to relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinking capabilities

The position does include weekends but allows for days off during the weekend.
