Personal information:
I am a passionate and enthusiastic individual, with great problem-solving skills who excels in both independent and team-based contexts. My teamwork and customer service skills have been developed by my experience as a waiter/kitchen porter at a busy garden centre, and as a lifeguard at Haberdashers School, which I plan to continue up until the ski season starts. I am also hoping to become a swimming teacher in that time. In particular, this experience in a kitchen and customer service environment has motivated me to work as a chalet host – where I can combine my keen interest in cooking with my passion for delivering excellent customer service where I can home in my skills at Orchards Cookery.
