PROFILE

I am a hardworking, motivated individual with a keen sense of team spirit. I have a strong background in customer service, as well as in languages and both arts and science-based subjects, and a great passion for sport and music. I am also extremely self-reliant, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written), good organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines and a great sense of humour.

SKILLS

Teamworking: Having worked in a number of different teams in a variety of settings, and as a member of various sports teams, I recognise the importance of teamwork in order to obtain objectives.

Communication skills: Being half Brazilian, I am fluent in both English and Portuguese, which enables me to understand other Latin-based languages a lot more easily. Having dealt with the general public in a number of different roles, I have learnt how to communicate with customers in a professional, yet friendly manner. I realise how important it is to listen to people and try to ensure that their needs are met.

Responsibility: I have helped to organise and run private dinner and celebratory functions. I also help to organise music events at a busy nightclub in Bournemouth.

Motivation: I will always do my very best to ensure that I am helping my co-workers, and that the customers’ needs are met.
