WORK Experience
Ski & Snowboard Rentals Assistant, NZ Ski (Queenstown, New Zealand) : June 2023 – Current
As a Rentals Assistant, I use my formal training, wide technical knowledge and exceptional customer service to provide a high level of client satisfaction. As an active team member who likes to solve problems and ensure every client receives excellent service, I work collaboratively to ensure a seamless operation, even in the most busiest periods of the day. My friendly approach, organisational and time management skills have ensured I am a valuable team member.
To enhance my role and further increase my technical knowledge, I am currently completing a Ski and Board Rentals qualification and a Business qualification.
Retail Assistant, AS Colour (Queenstown, New Zealand) : April 2023 – Current
As a retail assistant for a popular clothing brand, AS Colour, I have broadened my customer service skills, attention to detail, patience and adaptability. My role requires me to assist customers with viewing a range of clothes that are suitable to what they are specifically looking for and therefore my strong communication skills and people skills have enabled me to be successful as a sales person.
Crew Trainer, McDonalds (Melbourne, Australia) : May 2020 – April 2023
As a McDonald’s team member, I was required to work with a big team in a fast-paced environment. My role included cash and payment handling, food preparation, barista-made coffee, front counter & drive-through customer service and communicating with a wide range of clientele.
As a crew trainer, I gained additional skills that required me to train, manage and onboard new employees who had no prior hospitality experience.
