The Vine Tree Restaurant – Waiter & Bartender (June 2022 to Present)
I joined the team as a waiter taking food orders, serving the customers meals and bar orders
and dealing with any problems which arose in a professional and polite manner.
I was promoted to bartender in February 2023, my duties include preparing & serving drinks
including cocktails, checking and ordering stock for the bar including incidentals such as

My role is to support the team who are in the field by meeting and greeting customers who
come into the showroom, answering phone calls, dealing with any enquiries and leaving
comprehensive messages for the correct team member.
I also arrange viewings and confirm with clients and add the details to the Expert Agent
estate agency software system.

Abergavenny Food Festival (AFF) – Ticket Team Manager (2022 and 2023)
AFF is an Annual Food Festival held in Abergavenny that takes place over a weekend in
September with 20,000 people attending.
I am responsible throughout the year for answering any queries & bookings that come into
the ticketing email address and answering the dedicated phone line.
From August to September my role changes and I am responsible for printing, processing
and posting all of the ticket orders. This requires accuracy to ensure the tickets sent out
relate to the events ordered.
On the festival weekend I am responsible for handing out any tickets which have been
ordered for collection on the day. I am responsible for 3 members of staff who assist in this
