Snowboard instructors for season 2024/2025 in Niseko, Japan Full Time

Hi all, we are TWR, a snowsports instructor/concierge company in Niseko, Japan. We are in search of additional staff to join our 2024-25 Team.

The White Room G.K is the first Ski School/Concierge company operated by Hker in Niseko. We strive to provide our client the holiday to remember. We are calling for interested parties to join our 24/25 team.

Duties:
Successful candidates will be a member of a multicultural team, dedicated to deliver our products, including quality snow-sports instruction as well as professional concierge services. We aim at providing the best holiday experience to our clients.

Requirement:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• International or Japanese driving license
• A team player that can put others first and compromise
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Fluent in spoken and written English (Mandarin/Cantonese advantage)
• Mature, flexible and adaptive to client’s demand
• Experience in customer services or tourism industry
• Minimum Level 2 Snowboard qualification issued by ISIA recognised Instructor Training Organisation.
