Housekeeping I Breakfast Service Assistant Full Time

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• First experience in housekeeping in the upscale hotel industry.
• Pleasure in dealing with an international guest clientele
• Good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage
• High affinity to cleanliness and hygiene
• Structured way of working
• Team player with willingness to assist in other areas of the business

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Setting up the breakfast buffet in cooperation with the head chef
• Supporting activities in the breakfast service
• Responsible for hygiene and cleanliness of all rooms in the lodge
• Cleaning and ironing service for guests
• Supporting activities in the kitchen area
• HACCP: Compliance with all hygiene regulations incl. documentation (cleaning lists)
• FACILITY: Supporting the maintenance and appearance of the lodge (care of the furnishings etc.)

The statutory gross minimum wage (based on full-time employment) for this position is significantly overpaid with appropriate qualifications.
